Nicole Wright/Staff Correspondent The Andrews Farmers Market will be opening Friday at a new location in the old A&P parking lot downtown. The market will be held weekly from noon-4 p.m. through October. The market will feature several returning and new vendors offering a variety of baked goods, body care products, plant starts and seasonal produce this year.

This group of ladies including four first-time walkers and Chatterton as a veteran of both the U.S. Navy and the 22Hump, embarking on her fifth walk. Carlton said she was walking in her first time to honor her family members who served in both the Marines and Navy.
