Anngee Quinones-Belian/Staff Correspondent About 5:53 a.m. Tuesday, a single-vehicle accident occurred at Blairsville Highway and Andrea Morrow Road in Ranger. A passenger car was found on its side over a section of guardrail in a ditch. A witness to the accident said there were three occupants in the vehicle, who were taken to the hospital, according to emergency personnel on the scene.
