Body Murphy – Over the last month, the Cherokee Scout has completely changed the sports staff, while also losing a community columnist.
This crystal chandelier, which was made in the 1880s, hangs in the dining room of the Executive Mansion today. The woman who donated it to the state, Karoline Horowitz, immigrated to Murphy after barely escaping the Nazis.
