Stealing not right answer
I live on Greenlawn Cemetery Road. I have never had a problem since I have lived here 30 years.
Just recently, two weed whackers, a power saw, a jack and an ax have come up missing. I just want to make people aware.
I really would like my tools backs. However, I know that probably is not going to happen.
What I really would like is to talk to the individual or individuals who took them. Stealing is not the way to go. Ask for help.
People work too hard for their things. Ask for forgiveness. Get right.

Remove the pear trees?
I could not help but see the trees coming into town (on Hiwassee Street in Murphy) by the river terribly butchered once again.
If time and labor are going to be put forward, why not do the responsible tree thing and remove them?
They are Bradford pears, which are very invasive to this area and are on the Forest Service list of plants and trees that need to be eradicated. Thanks for listening.
