Body
Holy Father or character?

He was born Robert Francis Prevost on Sept. 14, 1955. On May 8, 2025, his name was changed to Leo the 14th, when elected pope of the Catholic Church. As the head of a ginormous group of Christian believers, his mission – one would believe – would be punctilious too the teaching of Jesus and the Holy Bible. So, how is he doing?

The book of Ecclesiastes, chapter 3 and verse 8, says: ”A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.”

Leo's polyglot speaking miss quotes scripture and ignores the time of war as written in Ecclesiastes. He believes diplomacy is the only way to negotiate peace with the devil that for 47 years has rained death on millions. One has to wonder if he would criticize David for killing Goliath. What would he say about David planting a stone in the giant's head and then cutting it off?

So, is he the “Holy Father,” or the quisling character written about in the 17th chapter of the book of Revelations?

The Holy Spirit's job

All believers in Jesus Christ know the Holy Spirit is an equal part of the Trinity. As one pastor put it, the Holy Spirit is not the bronze medalist of the Trinity, though I hear precious little being taught about Him. Why?

The Holy Spirit will not work without the truth of Christ, because the Spirit is the presence of Christ. Sadly the Holy Spirit is silent in many churches today. He is absent because of unrebuked sin or the pulpit is silent because of unsound doctrine. When this doctrine is neglected, the Spirit’s presence cannot be recognized.

Satan wants us to minimize the Holy Spirit as if it never existed, and churches are doing an injustice to their congregation for leaving the Holy Spirit out of the equation, because Satan tells God’s children that the Holy Spirit has no power or authority and is of no value in Scripture. What a false statement from the father of all lies.

No matter where we are in the Bible, the goal of the pastor is to empower us to fulfill God’s Eternal Purpose through the Holy Spirit that lives in each believer's heart. There is an ingredient we have neglected: the Spirit’s anointing. Why?

Because there is no authority without the anointing. The Trinity works together, and we who are followers of Christ need to call upon the Spirit that lives in us to accomplish God’s divine will on earth.

May the Holy Spirit work through your people to bring praise, honor and glory to our King of kings. Amen.

Jews are not the problem

In regard to (letter writer) Mary Mason, it’s not just the Jews selling out. Easy to always blame them. It’s also Catholic Charities, the Methodists and many others. As for becoming a citizen in Israel, non-Jews are represented in Israel both Muslim and Christian. Jews are not the problem. Islam is. There are bad Jews, but there are plenty of bad Christians, too.
