    Russel I. Hart, 75, of Murphy, formerly of Alpena, Mich., passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at his residence.

    Jeanne A. (Snyder) Bundy, former resident of Andrews, Lenoir City, Tenn., and Reading, Pa., passed away Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019.

    Wayne Fraser Hoefsmit, 78, of Brasstown, passed away peacefully at his home Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020.
    Raised in New England, he moved to North Carolina in 2006.

    Jessie Christine Asher Stacey, 82, born on Christmas Day 1937, passed away Sunday morning, Jan. 5, 2020, at the Hermitage in Sylva.
