Body A rite of summer that’s returned to pools all over the country has also returned to the Murphy Health & Fitness. After a year off due to COVID-19, the Cherokee County Aquatic Club once again has a team this summer.
Murphy and Andrews both took part in the first Fetch Your News/Fellowship of Christian Athletes 7v7 Football Tournament. The two teams played each other in the quarterfinals, with the Wildcats coming out on top 32-13.

For four hours, local drivers get a workout on a dirt track going as fast as they can. Don’t dress up, you will need a shower when you finally get home, but the thrill and sound of the race more than make up for the red dirt that’s on your shirt and everything else.

Body Murphy High School held a boys basketball camp Monday and Tuesday for ages 6-14, allowing potential future Bulldogs to sharpen their skills.
