Some Cherokee County residents continued their traditions of going all-out with fun and colorful decorations and lights at Christmastime. These local homes were spotted shining brightly in the Murphy and Ranger areas in the days leading up to the annual Dec. 25 holiday.
At a recent celebration, Ranger firefighter Geoffrey Wells was awarded for five years of faithful service by Chief Mike Taylor. George Stewart was awarded for 10 years of service but is not shown.
