Peachtree – Professional wrestlers at the American Championship Wrestling Federation’s September show brought both heat and havoc to “Heatwave Havoc.”
From the opening match to the main event, fans at the sold-out Peachtree Community Center were treated to action-packed matches Saturday night.
The main event saw a four-team tag match for the ACWF title. It was tag-team champs KZito vs. The F Bombs (Frodo and Flex Ferguson) vs. Billy Havoc and Devin Diamond vs. The Family.
Before the match, Digger James and Moki came to the ring with their manager and asked for a title shot next month at Rage in the Cage. They were granted that title shot against the winner of the match next month by Commissioner Andy.
Once action got underway, it was all out havoc from the opening bell under the final one. Each man in the match got in the ring and saw heavy-hitting action. Madness quickly ensued, and it turned into an all-out brawl by the end.
Everyone in the match eventually began beating each other up, and KZito got the pin to retain their titles. Even after the final bell rang, the locker room emptied and everyone fought.
After the match, Digger James and Moki’s manager handed KZito’s manager a handful of cash.
In the match prior, Killshot of the American Outlaws took on Mountain Man Jeremy Stiles.
In what was expected to be a long, heavy-hitting scrap, Stiles caught Killshot off guard and got a quick roll-up pin to win. Both men landed big moves prior to the pin. At Rage in the Cage, they will have a rematch for the ACWF heavyweight championship.
In the match before that, The Fallen took on Zack More and Robert Starr. More and Starr dominated the match and got the win. After they got their hands raised, More turned on Starr, knocking him down with a big move.
More then got on the microphone and said, “It only makes sense. Out of the four people in this match, I’m the only one standing in this ring.”
As he walked to the locker room, More received loud boos from the crowd.
In more tag-team action, MD King and Xero took on Digger James and Moki. Stiles was a special referee for the match.
James and Moki got the win after landing big moves throughout. After they got the pin to win the match, they continued to beat up MD King. Zack More and Robert Starr ran out to help break it up.
Xero turned on MD King and got in on the beating he was already taking. Xero then walked back to the locker room with Digger James and Moki.
In the first tag-team match of the night, Adrian and Dreadwing took on Disturbed and La Cruz. Both tag teams landed big moves throughout the match, as well as painful holds wearing down their opponents. Disturbed and La Cruz got the win.
Prior to that, Creature took on Viktor Thorn. Both wild men landed big shots on each other. Creature jumped from the ropes, but Thorn reversed it. He then landed his finishing move for the win.
In the opening match, American Standard took on Void. Void landed big moves and absorbed every shot from American Standard. The match ended when KZito came to the ring and interfered, leading to Void winning by disqualification.
American Standard had referee Ace Hart in hand as he came to the ring for the opening match. Before the match began, Ace Hart came to address the crowd. As Flex Ferguson and Frodo were announced to come to the ring, KZito came to the ring instead and confronted Hart. They proceeded to beat him up, resulting in a black eye.
Ferguson and Frodo then sprinted to the ring with steel chairs in hand. They then said they didn’t come alone. As they said that, a loud roar came from outside as The Family showed up on motorcycles. Then they ran into the ring to confront KZito.
They then took Ace Hart into the locker room, setting up the main event Saturday night.
