Jenni Ramirez-Jaime, Ada Lovelace and Oceania Vaughn swam in the meet and got personal best times in their events.

“Coach Katy and I focus on continuous improvement and swimmers beating their times are automatically a winner … not swimming a best time becomes a learning experience,” Cherokee County Aquatic Club head coach Frank Bachteler said.

The team’s next meet is this week in Franklin, where they will take on the Smoky Mountain Aquatic Club and Franklin. The team will host a home meet at the Murphy Health & Fitness pool on Tuesday.
