Basketball camp set
Murphy boys basketball will hold its annual summer camp from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday and Friday. The camp is open to kids in grades 2-8 at a cost of $50 per camper.

Rotary golf tourney set
The 2022 Golf Tournament of Champions, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Murphy, will tee off at 9 a.m. Saturday at Mountain Harbor Golf Club.
The format is a two-player Captain’s Choice and cost $200 per team, which includes green and cart fees.

Eagles hoops camp coming
Hiwassee Dam High School boys and girls basketball team will hold “Soar Camp” from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Wednesday, June 13-15, for grades 3-8. The cost is $40 per student.

Soccer camp is next week
Murphy will holds its seventh annual youth soccer camp from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, June 13-15, at the soccer field behind Lowe’s.
The cost of the camp is $50. Kids ages 5-14 are able to participate.

Murphy girls basketball will holds its annual summer camp from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday and Friday, June 23-24, for girls entering grades 2-8.
The camp will focus on learning basketball skills, developmental drills and fundamentals from Bulldogs coaches. The cost is $75, and all campers will receive a camp T-shirt. Campers have been asked to bring a lunch both days.
