Winter sports are on the upswing as November winds down. Hoops gets into the swing of things this week as Andrews and Hiwassee Dam kick off the season Tuesday.
Both the Wildcats and Eagles will play two games this week on their home courts. The boys teams from Andrews and Hiwassee Dam will kick off their 2025-26 campaigns as defending conference champions.
Wrestling will also be in action, as Andrews competes in two meets and Murphy competes in one.
The Bulldogs will also return to the gridiron with their third-round playoff matchup at home against Community School of Davidson.
