Andrews – The Murphy Bulldogs took down the Andrews Wildcats 35-7 Friday night in both team's Smoky Mountain Conference Openers. 

The Bulldogs took an early 7-0 lead on their second drive of the game, scoring on a long touchdown throw from quarterback Kellen Rumfelt to receiver Abram Abling. 

Murphy would score twice more, both on touchdown runs by Justice Dorsey, before Andrews found its way into the end zone as running back Landon White punched the ball into the end zone. 

Bulldogs running back Devonte Murray added two touchdowns of his own in the second half to give Murphy the 35-7 score for the final.
