Anngee Quinones-Belian/Staff Correspondent  A meeting to continue discussing plans for a new youth center in Cherokee County was held at Downtown Pizza in Murphy on March 29. Among community leaders, business owners and members of a variety of organizations were young folks eager to join in the conversation with their ideas. In addition, a “Youth Day” kickoff event was held Saturday at the Unaka Community Development Center.
