Peachtree – Tri-County Community College is once again preparing to celebrate one of its most meaningful and anticipated seasons of the year: commencement. Known for its strong commitment to student success and community impact, the college will host a series of special ceremonies honoring the achievements of its graduates across multiple programs.
The 2026 commencement events will take place on the college’s main campus in Murphy, bringing together students, families, faculty and community members to recognize the hard work and dedication of TCCC's graduates.
The celebration begins at 5:30 p.m. Monday with the Medical Sonography Pinning Ceremony, highlighting the accomplishments of students entering the healthcare field with highly specialized skills.
On Wednesday, April 29, at 6 p.m., the college will host the Medical Assisting Pinning Ceremony, recognizing students who are prepared to step into vital roles in medical offices and healthcare settings.
The Region A Nursing Consortium Pinning Ceremony will follow at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, honoring nursing graduates who have completed one of the college’s most rigorous and respected programs.
TCCC will then host its graduation ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Friday, May 8, celebrating students from across all programs as they officially complete their academic journeys and prepare for the next chapter.
The series will conclude at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 9, with the High School Equivalency Graduation Ceremony, recognizing individuals who have achieved an important milestone and opened new doors for their future.
