Annual Veterans Day program to be held in Andrews ahead of holiday

    Andrews – Andrews Elementary School will hold its annual Veterans Day breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Monday, with a patriotic program and assembly following at 10 a.m. at Andrews High School.

    Andrews Middle School students will also attend the assembly. These celebrations coincide with several across Cherokee County and at Nantahala High School. This year, schools will be closed Tuesday in observance of the holiday.
