Brian Carter of Culberson, who has been involved with the program for four years, was filling carts with toys and books for waiting recipients. “Our son is grown and outta the house, so just being able to help kids, especially locally, really makes us feel good,” he said
Many boxes were filled with gifts to give via Toys for Tots in Cherokee County.
