4 Bulldogs earn honors
Murphy baseball players Tommy Crapse, Adam Cook and Aayden Williams were named All-Smoky Mountain Conference for the 2024 season, while Alex Roldan was named an honorable mention.
Crapse had a 7.58 ERA in 24 innings pitched in the 2024 season, with 14 strikeouts in eight appearances. Cook had 18 runs scored on 23 hits in 17 games, with 22 RBI and two doubles.
Williams had three runs on 15 hits with nine RBI in 17 games. Roldan had a 6.75 ERA in 18.2 innings pitched, with 18 strikeouts in his six appearances.

Conference honors for 6
Six Hiwassee Dam baseball and softball players earned Smoky Mountain Conference honors for the 2024 season.
On the baseball team, Clay Davis and Dawson Headley were named All-Conference. Colton Berrong was named an honorable mention.
On the softball squad, Olivia McNabb and Brinkley Payne were named All-Conference. Katie McNabb was named an honorable mention.
