Stanley Adams, 80, of Andrews passed away Saturday, Oct. 08, 2022. He was the son of the late Alnie and Willa Belle Birchfield Adams.
Stanley had retired from General Motors working as a troubleshooter. He was part of the State Champ football team from Andrews,and was on the Cherokee Indian Roll.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Mark Adams; brothers, Charles Adams, and Alvin “Cider” Adams; and sisters, Martha Adams and Mary Adams.
Surviving is his wife, Kae Henderson Adams; a daughter, Deanna Teel and husband, Gordon; a step-daughter, Kasey Alexander; a sister-in-law, Lois Adams; four grandchildren, Julia, Gordie, Piper, and Abraham; was very close to his four double first cousins, Harold Adams, Larry Adams, Eddie Adams, and Peanut Adams; a first cousin, Ray Adams; his beloved dog, Louie; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2022 at the Townson-Rose chapel in Andrews with Rev. Rick Stucke officiating.
The family received friends from 10-11 a.m. at the Townson-Rose chapel prior to the services.
