Ronald Burghart

    Ronald Burghart, 87, of Murphy, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022.
    Ronald helped a number of organizations throughout the years, including Red Cross, Boy Scouts of America and numerous food drives in Connecticut.
    Ronald’s wife, Mary Anne, preceded him in death on May 6, 2011. They were married Nov. 19, 1954. Ronald’s youngest child of five, Joseph Burhart, preceded him in death in September 2009.
    He is survived by his two daughters and two sons: Kathleen Stevens, Doreen Burghart, Ronald Burghart Jr. and Brian Burghart; his sisters, Joyce Corcoran and Jean Denis; and grandsons, Edward Stevens and Brian Burghart.
    The family requests in lieu of flowers to please consider donating to a local food bank or donate blood.
