Gloria Kitchens

    Gloria Barnes Kitchens, 56, of Murphy, passed away Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022.
    She was born July 5, 1965, in McCaysville, Ga., to the late Albert and Irene Deal Barnes.
    Gloria was a homemaker, member of Harbor Ministries Church of McCaysville and member of the Grace Hymn.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Barnes; a brother, Larry Barnes; and a sister, Louise Barnes.
    She is survived by her husband, James Kitchens; daughters, Jennifer Barnes, Crystal Graves, Cynthia Kitchens, Brittney Kitchens and Bethany Kitchens; a son, James Edward Kitchens; sisters, Kathy Richie, Kelly Stiles and Barbara Matheson; and 14 grandchildren.
    A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, at Harbor Ministries Church in McCaysville, Ga., with Pastor Denise Caldwell officiating.
    The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, at Harbor Ministries Church.
