SSGT Fletcher Allen Peters, USMC/Retired, 62, of Murphy, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020.
Fletcher was born in York, Pa., to the late Lester Peters and Sharon Glattfelter.
He was an electrical engineer for Aegis Power Systems. Fletcher was also a U.S. Marine veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Peters; and granddaughter, Lyssa Peters.
He is survived by his wife, Sheree Peters; sons, Allen Peters and Christopher Peters; daughter, Kimmy Lefevers and husband Kasey; brothers, John Crone and wife Kelly, Matthew Peters and wife Darla, and Rob Zutell; sisters, Charmain Gehly, Jane Holmes; sisters-in-law, Jane Kindrick and Cindy Kindrick; brother-in-law, Dennis Kindrick; grandchildren, Kaitlynn Peters, Amelia Peters, Emily Peters, Braedyn Bailor, Caden Lefevers and Jameson Lefevers; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at later date.
