Elouise Witt Crisp, 99, of Murphy passed away Monday, March 21, 2022.
She was a lifetime resident of Cherokee County and was the daughter of the late Cyrus and Ethel Sudderth Witt.
Elouise was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and quilting.
She was of the Baptist Faith and was a member of Peachtree Memorial Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul O’Neal Crisp; son, Paul Crisp; brothers, Oakley, Oran, Max and Bob Witt; sisters, Lois Bretz and Kate Fanning; and a grandson, Glenn Carson.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara McDonald and husband Bob, and Carolyn Carson and husband Fred; daughter-in-law, Kathy Crisp; grandchildren, Sandra Reid, Jill West, Anna Kidd, Paul McDonald and Laura Ellis; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 25, at Peachtree Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Noah Crowe officiating.
