Dewey James Burrell, 82, of Fort Myers, Fla., passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at home.
He was born Nov. 18, 1939, in Ann Arbor, Mich.
He was married to Sandra Burrell (Moore) for 59 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Emma Burrell.
He is survived by his son, Jimmy; grandsons, Kyle (wife Aubree), and Blaine; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at Hampton Memorial Church, 1655 Harshaw Road, Murphy, with the Rev. Tim Lee officiating.
