Cheryl Anne Barnes, 64, of Murphy, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
She was born Oct. 14, 1957, in West Palm Beach, Fla., to Jane Bolton of Murphy and the late Robert Bolton.
Cheryl has a wonderful sense of humor, was an animal lover, loved to sing and was a creative cook. She never met a stranger, and enjoyed talking to other people.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby and Kenneth Bolton.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one daughter, Ginger Peacock of Alford, Fla.; one son, Adam Bohannon of Chipley, Fla.; two sisters, Marion Brady of Rochester, N.Y., and Patti Sue Denson of Sparks, Nev.; and three grandchildren, Brooke and Connor Peacock, and Jacob Bohannon.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
