Catherine Mobley Ballew, 55, of Murphy, passed away Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022.
She was the daughter of the late Joe and Eva Grey Mobley.
Catherine had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in health care.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Corey Mobley; and a brother, Wayne Mobley.
Catherine is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Michael Ballew; a daughter, Amber Ballew (Dustin Drennan); sisters, Janet Hancock and Crystal Brown; and grandchildren, Austin Drennan and Mason Drennan.
Graveside services were held Monday, Sept. 5, at Crestlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Calvin Murphy officiating. The family left Townson-Rose Funeral Home at noon going in procession to the graveside. Pallbearers were Chad, Brandon and Brian Ensley, Evan Collin and Donnie Kendall.
The family received friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept.. 4, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy.
