    Billie M. Rogers, 92, of Andrews, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, in a Greensboro, N.C., care facility.
    She was a native and lifetime resident of Andrews.
    Billie was a member of Andrews First Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting and was a talented artist.
    She was the daughter of the late Harve and Alice O’Dell Mulkey, and wife of more than 70 years of the late Boyd A. Rogers, who died July 29, 2018. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Josephine Mulkey Cheney, Margaret Mulkey Johnson and Lucille Mulkey Davis; and two brothers, James Harve Mulkey and Hal Robert Mulkey.
    Surviving are a son, Boyd Alan Rogers and wife Linda B. of Summerfield, N.C.; a grandson, Timothy Joseph Rogers and wife Stephanie of Jamestown, N.C.; a step-grandson, Matthew James Lauver of Park City, Utah; a sister, Betty Mulkey Hines of Rock Hill, S.C.; a brother-in-law, Harold Rogers and wife Eulane of Cary, N.C.; and 13 nieces and nephews.
    A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews, with Dr. Calvin Bobo officiating. The interment will be in Valleytown Cemetery.
    The family will receive friends from 1-2:50 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12, at Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews, prior to the services.
    Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews, is in charge of all arrangements.
