Two men have been arrested following a shootout that happened last month.
Officials say 47-year-old Stephen Todd Buckner, of Forsyth, Ga., was involved in a shootout that resulted in a man being shot in the foot on July 29 at a home on Tulip Lane.
Over the course of the investigation, police found evidence of other alleged crimes that happened at the home and filed charges against two other people.
Scott William Hicks, 54, is accused of operating a chop shop out of the Tulip Lane residence. Police say detectives found a stolen motorcycle on the property and a second motorcycle that had been disassembled.
Buckner has been residing with Hicks at the home, according to police who say both were there on August 19 when deputies raided the property.
Police also filed charges against 49-year-old Scott Trammel, of Copperhill, Tenn. However, he is currently in custody out of state and will be brought to Cherokee County when he is released.
