Andrews – Cherokee County residents will be rockin’ around the Christmas tree when the Community Youth Players present their “Holly Jolly” production of Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer Jr.
Director Lori Coffey is excited to welcome several new actors to the stage. “It has been a joy to introduce these new actors to the stage,” she said.
This production shares a heartfelt story with an important message about
accepting and celebrating what is unique in ourselves and in our peers. So deck the halls with boughs of holly and give it a look this weekend.
Lend an ear to this timeless tale of holiday cheer when the Community Youth Players presents Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer Jr. at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and at 3 p.m. Sunday, at the Valleytown Cultural Arts Center, 125 Chestnut St. downtown.

Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer Jr. is based on the animated television special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, adapted from a story by Robert May featuring music and lyrics by Johnny Marks. It is being presented this week through special arrangement with Music Theatre International.
