Money raised for Shop with a Cop

Assistant Chief Ryan Cunningham with the Murphy Police Department was happy to have a stack of sold raffle tickets at Legends Steakhouse in downtown Murphy, Thursday evening. The money collected will go towards the annual Shop with a Cop program slated for Saturday, Dec. 14. Officer Parker Southard looks on with a smile after the two perused the dining room looking for folks wanting to give to the cause. Legends Steakhouse donated 10% of the meal proceeds for the evening to Shop with a Cop. Donations are still be accepted at Murphy Police Department located at 498 Hill Street. Donations are tax deductible.
