More than 13 years ago, the Cherokee Scout started a weekly series of stories called Celebrate Cherokee County. Many readers have asked for that series to be presented in magazine form, and we’re proud to say Volume 1 is in this edition.
Volume 1 has updated stories from local communities A-H. Volume 2, which is scheduled to come out in March 2024, is set to include Martins Creek, Marble, Murphy, Ogreeta, Peachtree, Ranger, Texana, Tomotla, Topton, Unaka, Violet and Wolf Creek.
