Holy Week services online

  • The Cherokee County Ministerial Association is planning to live-stream the noon Good Friday service from Murphy First United Methodist Church.
  • Murphy First United Methodist Church will broadcast the Easter morning service live from the sanctuary.
  • The ministerial association and local churches also are working on a special, and creative, sunrise service to “make everyone feel connected and together, even while we’re apart.” One idea is to have every believer in the county go outside at 7 a.m. Sunday and sing the same hymn.
