Matt and Melissa Reschke, owners of Shaka Alpaca farm in Murphy, took some of their furry friends to Murphy Nursing & Rehab in Peachtree on Sunday afternoon for a contact-free visit to lift the spirits of residents and staff inside. The Reschkes said they enjoy bringing their alpacas across the county to shut-ins and nursing homes; they find it very rewarding, and the residents are excited to have them visit.
