Hiwassee Dam - Erin Raper, daughter of Earl and Ellen Raper, was named Hiwassee Dam High School’s homecoming queen Friday night at The Nest. She is vice president of the National Honor Society, secretary of HOSA and has been in gymnastics for 10 years. She was escorted by Spencer Guess, son of Keith and Susan Guess, and dedicated the night to her best friend, Maddie Anderson.
