Brenda Faye Harris, age 69 of Murphy, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Clay County Care Center in Hayesville.
A native of Polk County, Tenn., she is the daughter of the late Cornelius “Neal” Harris and Gladys Alma Johnson Harris.
Brenda was retired. She loved flowers, enjoyed her outings, loved birthdays and especially the color red. Brenda took alot of pride in her appearance.
She is survived by her brother, Randle Ted Harris of Marble; one daughter, Karen Ann McDonald of Calhoun, Ga.; and two grandchildren, Casandra Holt and Ashely Holt of Calhoun.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel of Murphy. The Rev. Aud Brown will officiate.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1:30-2 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023 in Townson-Rose Funeral Home chapel of Murphy prior to the funeral service.
