Riva Shoshana Callum, 62, of Murphy, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, at her home.
She attended Little Brasstown Baptist Church and enjoyed her work at Industrial Opportunities. Riva loved everyone she came into contact with and was loved by everyone she knew.
She goes on to be with those family and friends who passed on before.
She will be remembered by all who knew her, but especially missed by her family: Cathy and Randy Davidson; brother, Neil Callum; uncle, Albert (Marilyn) Zax; the little brother she never had, Justin Martin; the Holloway families; and her church family at Little Brasstown Baptist and her Industrial Opportunities family.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, from Little Brasstown Baptist Church, with the Rev. Aud Brown officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cherokee County Special Olympics or Logan’s Run Animal Rescue.
