Betty Davis, 87, of Murphy, passed away Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021.
Betty was born Jan. 4, 1934, in Cherokee County to the late Roy and Dossie Sneed Kephart.
She had retired from Clifton Precision and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Davis.
Betty is survived by her sons, Rickey Davis and wife Robin and Randall Davis and wife Gloria; daughter, Reta Hogsed and husband Danny; sister, Clydie Rogers; and her grandchildren, Caleb Hogsed and wife Holly, and Jacob Hogsed.
A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, with the Rev. Edward Carter officiating at Hanging Dog Community Cemetery.
Townson-Rose Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
