Zachary Eli Adams, 39, of Marble, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021, in Cherokee County.
He was the son of Michael and Wilma Hicks Adams.
He had worked in the plumbing industry.
Zachary enjoyed hiking and mountain biking, and being with and helping his friends.
He was a member of Junaluska Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hazel and Ralph Adams, and Lewis Hicks; and his aunt, Carolyn Panther.
Surviving in addition to his parents, is his grandmother, Granny Hicks; a sister, Jammie Savugot and husband Michael; nephew and nieces, Connor, Emma and Rose; and many other relatives.
A celebration of life will be held from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Martins Creek Community Center. A private graveside service was held for family only. Pallbearers were Kyle Massey, Dylan Harget, Nick Oliver, Ryan Gaither, Marvin Jenkins and Thomas Kays. Honorary pallbearer was Christy Chase.
