Patricia Craige, 84, of Murphy, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021, in a Blairsville, Ga., care facility.
She was a native of Saint Louis, Mo., but lived most of her life in Coconut Creek, Fla., before moving to Cherokee County 12 years ago.
Pat retired from Publix after more than 20 years of service. She was an active member of Saint William Catholic Church, where she was involved in the stewardship program, food pantry and the lady’s guild.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Helen Kesselring Bradley, and wife of the late Jerry Paul Craige. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, John Merriss.
Surviving are two sons, Mark Craige and wife Susan of Raleigh, and Scott Craige and Myra Lamminmaki of Pembroke Pines, Fla.; two grandsons, David Merriss and Ryan Craige; and a niece, Mary Jane Leonard of Potosi, Mo.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
