Body

Juanita Hylton Cutshaw, 66, of Andrews, went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, after a period of declining health.
Juanita was born in Rabun County, Ga., the daughter of the late Henry Hual and Hazel Estella Crisp Hylton.
She lived most of her life in Western North Carolina and was a member of Pisgah Baptist Church in Andrews.
Juanita’s favorite things to do was spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Delaney; her church family; and her many friends. She was always known for her infectious smile and her big heart. She loved everyone, and everyone loved her.
Juanita is survived by her husband of 16 years, Joel Cutshaw; son, Joe Wilson (Jessica); and granddaughter, Delaney Wilson, all of Andrews; brother, Troy Hylton (Virginia) of Otto; and sisters, Jeanie Postell (Donnie) and Ramona Hicks (Melvin) of Andrews. Also surviving is a special aunt, Gladys Gibson of Franklin; a special cousin, Barbara Ammons of Franklin, who is more like a sister; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at Red Marble Baptist Church. The Revs. Jerry Tatham and Jim Postell will officiate, and Melvin Hicks will be a special speaker.
The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m. Saturday, May 8, one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, Juanita requested donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Office of Development, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
Online condolences can be made at www.maconfuneralhome.com.
Macon Funeral Home, Franklin, is handling the arrangements.
