Betty Ann Lloyd, 77, of Murphy, passed away Monday, Nov. 28, 2022, at Murphy Rehab and Nursing Home.
Betty was a native and lifelong resident of Cherokee County, born Sept. 22, 1945, in Murphy, to the late Winston McDonald and Hazel Carroll McDonald.
She was a Murphy Seventh-day Adventist Church member and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her husbands, Grove Charles Hampton and Terry Lloyd.
Survivors include her sons, Fred Hampton and Jeff Hampton; daughter Tammy Westmoreland; brothers, Kenneth McDonald and Leon McDonald; sisters, Sandra Bernhardt and Sandy Gribble; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.
Services will be held later from Murphy Seventh-day Adventist Church.
