Bert Lee

    Bert Daniel Lee, 79, of Murphy, passed away on Monday, Aug. 22, 2022.
    Bert was born in Cherokee County to the late Roy and Mary Smith Lee.
    He had worked in the lumber profession. Bert loved woodworking, being outdoors and hunting for arrowheads.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Lee; his daughter, Ladonnia Luna; and his brothers, Robert Lee and Bill Lee.
    Bert is survived by his son, James Lee and wife Elaine; his grandchildren, Roy Lee, Leighann Lee and Socorro Luna; and a great-grandchild, Izrael Coffey.
