Deputies seek local fugitive
Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies are seeking the whereabouts of a man wanted on several warrants relating to domestic violence.
Herman Milo Hardin Jr., 50, of Andrews, is wanted on various charges – including kidnapping, assault on a female, protective order violations, communicating threats and criminal trespass – according to Sheriff Derrick Palmer. His most recent arrest was Dec. 20 in a domestic violence incident.
“We spent three days devoted to canvassing the county for him, particularly in the Andrews area,” Palmer said. “There is talk that he has left town.”
The sheriff’s office asks that anyone with information please call 837-2589 or 911.
