Bobby Dale Roper Sr., 63, Andrews, went to be with the Lord and his family Sunday, June 20, 2021.
He was a native and lifetime resident of Cherokee County. Bobby had worked as a warehouse manager for Coca-Cola. He was a devout Christian.
Bobby Dale was the son of the late Boyce and Barbara Laughter Roper. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Rene Roper.
Surviving are two sons, Bobby Dale Roper Jr. and wife Amanda, and Madison Pressley; two daughters, Anna Newton and husband Dewayne, and Carla Horton and husband Brian; his loving sister, Jackie LaDouceur; and grandchildren, Dalton Hooper, Paige Hooper, Jarred Horton, Jamison Pressley, Connor Newton, Haven Newton, Jacob Horton and Edward Roper.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
