Roy Clifford Walls, age 43 of Murphy, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023 in Cherokee County.
A native of Cherokee County, he is the son of Roy William Walls and Evelyn Louise Walls (Panter).
He was of the Baptist faith. He loved his sons and enjoyed hunting, fishing and tree work.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sons, Clayton Walls (Savannah), Jeremiah Walls; his sisters, Emma Walls and Sabrina Roberson (Jon); and his grandson, Garrett Walls.
A funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2023 in the Townson-Rose Funeral Home dhapel of Murphy.
The Revs. Josh Ledford, Steve Ware, and Gary Graves officiated.
Burial was Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The pallbearers were Clayton Walls, Elijah Searcy, Shawn Searcy, Jon Roberson, Clifford Panter and Seth Hancock.
The family received friends from noon-1p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2023 in the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel of Murphy prior to the funeral service.
