Dan Kimbrell, 79, of Murphy, passed away Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023.
He was the son of the late Dave Lewis and Normia Jump Kimbrell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Claude, Ted and Boyd Kimbrell.
Surviving are his wife, Ann Robinson Kimbrell; a stepson, Tony Robinson; a step-daughter, Jill Isenberg; a sister, Irene Ware and her husband Gary; five step-grandkids; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy Chapel, with the Revs. Lawrence English and Hoyt Brown officiating. Interment will be in Ivy Log Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tony Robinson, Linard Kimbrell, Paul Kimbrell, Ted Kimbrell Jr., Manson Hughes and James Hughes.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Townson-Rose Funeral Home, Murphy Chapel, prior to the services.
